Refund & Return Policy
At Buzzfit, we are committed to delivering high-quality gym equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction. Because our products are heavy, technical, and often customized, we have a clear and fair return policy.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.
- You must have the original invoice/receipt.
- The product must not have been installed or used.
Note: Once a product is installed by our team or used, it cannot be returned (except in cases of manufacturing defects).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been installed or used
- Custom or made-to-order equipment
- Opened or used accessories (water bottles, mats, etc.)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- You must report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
- Our team will inspect the product.
- If confirmed defective, we will either repair, replace, or refund the product (as per our assessment).
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps.
- Do not ship the product back without our approval.
5. Return Pickup & Charges
- For products in Lahore: Our team will arrange pickup (charges may apply depending on the reason for return).
- Outside Lahore: Customer is responsible for return shipping to our warehouse.
- A restocking fee of 10β15% may be deducted for returns that are not due to defects.
6. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7β14 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Card).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
7. Warranty vs Return Policy
- Our Return Policy applies only to unused products within 7 days.
- Manufacturing defects are covered under the productβs warranty (usually 1β2 years depending on the item).
- Warranty claims are handled separately from returns.
8. Installation & Delivery
- If you have opted for our professional installation service, the product becomes non-returnable once installed (except for manufacturing defects).
- We strongly recommend inspecting the product thoroughly before installation.
