Refund & Return Policy

At Buzzfit, we are committed to delivering high-quality gym equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction. Because our products are heavy, technical, and often customized, we have a clear and fair return policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.
  • You must have the original invoice/receipt.
  • The product must not have been installed or used.

Note: Once a product is installed by our team or used, it cannot be returned (except in cases of manufacturing defects).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Custom or made-to-order equipment
  • Opened or used accessories (water bottles, mats, etc.)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • You must report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
  • Our team will inspect the product.
  • If confirmed defective, we will either repair, replace, or refund the product (as per our assessment).

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
  4. Do not ship the product back without our approval.

5. Return Pickup & Charges

  • For products in Lahore: Our team will arrange pickup (charges may apply depending on the reason for return).
  • Outside Lahore: Customer is responsible for return shipping to our warehouse.
  • A restocking fee of 10–15% may be deducted for returns that are not due to defects.

6. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Card).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

7. Warranty vs Return Policy

  • Our Return Policy applies only to unused products within 7 days.
  • Manufacturing defects are covered under the product’s warranty (usually 1–2 years depending on the item).
  • Warranty claims are handled separately from returns.

8. Installation & Delivery

  • If you have opted for our professional installation service, the product becomes non-returnable once installed (except for manufacturing defects).
  • We strongly recommend inspecting the product thoroughly before installation.
